These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeamChannel. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
TeamChannel is a cloud-based coaching management platform that provides tools for team management, scheduling, video analysis, performance tracking, and communication. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers of features and functionality.
3.1 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, and ensuring your account information remains current and accurate.
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
4.1 Subscription Plans - TeamChannel offers various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. Features, storage limits, and capabilities vary by plan. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.
4.2 Billing - Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.3 Automatic Renewal - Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds - You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law or as described in our 14-day trial policy.
4.5 Free Trials - We may offer free trials for premium features. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.6 Price Changes - We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases.
5.1 Your Content - You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or store in the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to videos, images, documents, player data, and communications.
5.2 License to TeamChannel - By uploading User Content, you grant TeamChannel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
5.3 Content Restrictions - You agree not to upload, post, or transmit User Content that: violates any law or regulation, infringes on intellectual property rights of others, contains malware or harmful code, is defamatory, obscene, or hateful, violates the privacy rights of others, or contains personal information of minors without proper consent.
5.4 Data Protection - We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
5.5 Data Retention - Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before account termination.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service, resell or redistribute the Service without authorization, use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications, or impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
7.1 TeamChannel Intellectual Property - The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by TeamChannel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Trademarks - TeamChannel, the TeamChannel logo, and other marks are trademarks of TeamChannel. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7.3 Feedback - If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
10.1 Service "As Is" - THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 No Guarantee of Availability - We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
10.3 Limitation of Liability - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMCHANNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeamChannel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.
12.1 Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeamChannel is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration - Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12.3 Class Action Waiver - You agree to resolve disputes with TeamChannel on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
The Service may be used to manage information about minors (athletes under 18). Coaches and organizations using the Service for minors must: obtain proper consent from parents or guardians, comply with applicable laws regarding minors' data (including COPPA and FERPA where applicable), use the Service's privacy and security features appropriately, and not share minors' personal information without proper authorization.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

15. Export Compliance - You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo.
16. Modification of Service - We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
17. Assignment - You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent.
18. Severability - If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.
19. Entire Agreement - These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeamChannel regarding the Service.
